We are an exciting, friendly and dynamic property company that is rapidly growing. The business has been operating in excess of 10 years in the SE1 area and we are looking for an innovative in-house recruiter to join the team. You will take accountability for all aspects of the end to end recruitment process and ensure the business’s hiring needs are met to support our growth.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a particular aptitude for headhunting, and is able to use their initiative to effectively manage all aspects of the internal recruitment process. This is a very involved and varied recruitment role which will see you take responsibility to hire for a diverse range of roles across the business. Some of the key aspects of the daily management include:
- Arrange and conducting interviews
- Development of end to end recruitment campaigns as required.
- Delivery of successful recruitment campaigns against pre-determined KPI’s
- Interviewing at all levels
- Taking part in project work
- Using existing facilities and innovative methods to headhunt candidates
- Able to work autonomously
